Dal Obbattu
Locally it is known as Puran Poli and is made of Toor Daal, Jaggery, Cardamom Powder, Flour and Rava. It is served piping hot with desi ghee.

This Middle Eastern cuisine consists of meat that is cut into slices and is filled in a cone-like shape. It is served with hummus and pickle.
MANGALORE BUNS
This sweet, fluffy and tender puri is a local delicacy of the Udupi region. It made up of bananas and is relished with coconut chutney and sambhar.
Ugadi
This day is believed to be auspicious for starting new ventures and involves day-long festivities. The city drowns in vibrant colours of rangolis and different decorations.
VIJAYADASHAMI
To mark the festivities, a procession is carried out with idols of Lakshmi, Ganesha, Durga, Karthikeyan and Saraswati, which are later immersed in water.
SUN GOD TEMPLE
This magnificent 65-feet tall statue of Lord Aditya is located just 2 km from the resort. You can get a panoramic view of the Eagleton resort from the highest point. This is an ideal spot for a short trek or bicycle ride. Located right next to this statue
RAMANAGARAM
Rocky hillocks, lush green surroundings and popular tall granite hills make it an ideal spot for tourists. It is also known for its Ramdevarabetta Vulture Sanctuary where you can witness endangered vultures in their natural habitat.
CHANNAPATANA
The city is famous for wooden toys that are being sold since the times of Tipu Sultan and is thus known as ‘Toys Town’. However, now they sell toys made of rubber, cedar and other materials as well.
